Meet the Coach
USA Elite Scout Team is led by Coach Boyer, a Florida-based youth baseball professional with 17 years of coaching experience and 10 years of experience as a National High School Baseball Scout. Coach Boyer serves as Owner of Osceola Youth Baseball League, Head Coach of USA Elite Scout Team, Director of Player Development, and Chairman of the Player Selection Committee.
A three-sport athlete growing up in Dallas, Texas, Coach Boyer played junior high and high school baseball in Dallas before playing under head coach Bill Cox with the Longhorn Baseball Organization. Since then, he has coached over 30 travel ball teams across the United States and Puerto Rico, including Team Florida (Orlando), Osceola Outlaws, Dallas Diablos, and Texas Bombers.

Track Record
A Program With History
USA Elite Scout Team has competed in national events with Perfect Game, USSSA, Prep Baseball Report (PBR), and NYBC, earning championship placements across multiple age divisions from 2013 through 2022. Our alumni have gone on to commit to programs including the University of Florida, UCF, FSU, FGCU, and more.
