Please read this policy in full before registering your player.
No Refund Policy
By signing and agreeing on registration, this is a legally binding contract. Once a player is registered and placed on a USA Elite Scout Team roster for a tournament or event, that registration is final and non-refundable. Our rosters are built to a specific number of players per team, and a single player leaving close to an event can leave the team short-handed at pitching and other key positions, directly affecting the team's ability to compete. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for players who withdraw after registering.
Injury Credit Guidelines
We understand that injuries happen. If a registered player suffers a genuine injury that prevents him from participating in an event, USA Elite Scout Team will issue a credit toward a future event rather than a cash refund. A doctor's note and supporting imaging (X-ray or MRI) confirming the injury is required before a credit will be issued. Please contact us directly as soon as an injury occurs so we can document it and apply the appropriate credit.
Why This Matters
USA Elite Scout Team commits significant time and resources to building competitive rosters for national-level exposure events. When players commit to a roster spot and then withdraw for reasons other than injury, it weakens the team and the opportunity for every other player on it. Our no-refund policy protects the integrity of the roster and the experience for every family involved.
